About 10 kilometers south of the center of Kinshasa is a district called Kimwanza.
This is an area where housing lots have begun to expand as residential areas have grown.
That's why power lines are laid.
Construction of the Kinshasa Ring Road has also begun nearby.
This project has been planned for some time, so the power lines are likely being built along with it.
